Friendly staff

staff is great, location is great for me. I have no issues with the exception of the rodent infestation in my storage box. All contents were exposed to this infestation and has to be cleaned, and sanitized.

The representatives that work at the East Hanover storage are great - they are always a available to take your payment and/or answer questions, help with your lock, etc. They are also very accommodating - these statements are also applicable to John (the manager) whether he is there or on the phone with customer ....

The staff was GREAT! But the continually raising of the rates will make me think twice about coming back

It was very easy to apply on line with first month moving free and the six months of $148 per month also very easy to access with clean environment it’s great
