Two 30% to 40% rent increases per year is absolutely absurd. For a 10 x 15 unit to go above $500.00 per month when a new customer pays $225.00 is utterly ridiculous.

Price increases every month to 2 months is unacceptable. 275$ for 1 unit is alot. And when I spoke with a rep at this location they said there's nothing they can do. So instead of dealing with the crazy hike in price i decided to leave
