Every few months the price goes up. No one answer the phone when I call, and there is never anyone working there.

Patricia was very very helpful. I was very confused. I did not know how this all works. She tried to explain and I understood it. I wish I could just sign a contract for one year. It would make it much easier for me, but she said that’s not the policy.
