Because the first month is supposed to be free. But after fees and insurance and I believe something else. We actually paying the same price. So all of this to me is scam.

The price kept going up by 20-30 every year. Was getting ridiculous.

The staff were friendly and very kind. I appreciated their patience and understanding at a stressful time in my life with having to put my personal belongings into storage. I really liked that the gentleman I typically dealt with treated me like an old friend. Thank you.

Everything went great. Honestly the only criticism would be the app change. It made it harder to login and make payment. I used to be able to biometric get in otherwise it's been fantastic!

Storage unit door was dirty on the inside and had cobwebs up to the ceiling in the entry way corners. The lock was rusted and hard to open had to use WD-40 to open it and the door itself is hard to open.

In the few months we had the unit they raised the cost 2-3 times. it was not a clean facility and you had to dodge pot holes driving around the whole facility. Also it was supposed to be secure but there was a cut in the fence. You cannot expect people to want to stay if you keep raising costs and its a very unkept facility. We moved to a different facility that was cleaner and got a bigger unit cheaper.

When you run get the first month free and then a “reasonable” monthly rate, I can give a high score. That hasn’t been the case every year, which is why there have been some years we do not store with you.
