The price increases are absolutely ridiculous, especially considering there’s no climate control or anything that would justify them. As I was moving out of my unit, another man packing up his drove by and asked if we were leaving because of the outrageous price hikes too.The staff members I interacted with were pleasant, but I’ll definitely be telling anyone I know to avoid this place. It feels like a scam. I’m sure the fine print explains the increases, but that doesn’t make it any less wrong. Charging people more and more for a basic storage unit—especially when so many are just trying to temporarily store their belongings during this economy—is disgusting.

Because the first month is supposed to be free. But after fees and insurance and I believe something else. We actually paying the same price. So all of this to me is scam.

The price kept going up by 20-30 every year. Was getting ridiculous.

The staff were friendly and very kind. I appreciated their patience and understanding at a stressful time in my life with having to put my personal belongings into storage. I really liked that the gentleman I typically dealt with treated me like an old friend. Thank you.

Everything went great. Honestly the only criticism would be the app change. It made it harder to login and make payment. I used to be able to biometric get in otherwise it's been fantastic!

Storage unit door was dirty on the inside and had cobwebs up to the ceiling in the entry way corners. The lock was rusted and hard to open had to use WD-40 to open it and the door itself is hard to open.

Always available and convenient location. Great place to store your stuff.
