The staff in the main office are amazing and have been helpful. we did stay with the brand and got a different unit that should meet our needs better as the unit is inside. Winter with Cubesmart is rough and plowing is a major concern. in both 2024/2025 season and this season so far we have experienced times where we couldnt even access our units with mounds of snow in front of the door that also caused the doors to free shut. It also made it so that once we did get it open, we were able to secure it for months after.

Once you became Cubesmart, the price kept going up each year. I just got a unit at a competitor for half the price that is larger and cleaner facility.
