I was very impressed with the professionalism of your staff. Very helpful and answered my questions.

No notification that Cubesmart would be taking over the storage units, no information on how to set up a new account with Cubesmart, when I called to get a temporary gate code to access my storage they could not provide one, after I set up a new account and was assigned a gate code that gate code did not work. I managed to get a temporary gate code after two weeks. I decided then I would clear out my storage before I was permanently locked out of accessing my storage.
