The units are not being taken care of. The unit I am renting didn't have a legible number on it, the door rollers had one side unattached, so it was incredibly difficult to open and it had spider webs that I had to clean outAdditionally, I was charged for a lock I didn't need, still having a hardened round lock from a previous storage facility.Lastly, I tried renting another unit and that unit was in worse shape than the 1st one, with the door completely off

This was under a different name when I started renting. A couple months ago it became CS so I don’t really have an opinion

The rental process was fast and efficient, easy in and out of storage unit, sales person was very helpful upon notice of move out and refund of deposit.

It was easy to reserve, go through and sign the agreement. The space itself was very clean and ready to use. All done in a matter of a minutes. Very reasonably priced too!

Because there is horrible communication between corporate and individual storage unit management. I’ve had a terrible experience trying to move from a smaller unit to a larger unit. Billed for both units after talking to several people . Unit I was told to move to full of stuff. Calling again to move units. Telling me I would get a credit. Haven’t seen that. Frustrated and ready to look somewhere else
