Good Customer

Several years ago one of our sons had a storage unit with CubeSmart and had a positive experience so we decided to use them for our storage needs. We were very pleased with the two Customer Service Representatives that we interacted with. They were pleasant, professional and very helpful.

The fees that are added on make the price twice what it says it will be.

Indoor facility was clean and staff was friendly, but bathrooms were always locked and it was extremely inconvenient given the length of our move and staff availability.

Steve was so friendly and helpful and patient. I can't wait to move all my stuff from my old storage unit to this one. And the prices are very good and the place is very clean

The women at the front counter was excellent

The price just kept rising and our stuff got wet. Not exactly, what we were paying money to ensure did not happen. We never received a proactive e-mail stating that there were water issues. It was almost guaranteed every 3 to 6 months we would receive an e-mail stating the price was increasing.
