The cost of the unit was high compared to competitors in the area. I moved to an indoor unit with only slightly less sq. footage for nearly $100 less per month. Additionally, the access to the pin pads was difficult. That seems like an easy fix to make entry and exit smoother. Everything else was perfect. The friendliness of your employees was impactful!

Jacob was super helpful, giving us a tour and answering all of my questions knowledgeably. We used this service over the summer, as my son had moved out of his dorm at Trinity, and we live far enough away that we weren’t going to transport the items home.
