Climate controlled, easy access, feel safe when I go there

Staff was terrible… units were supposed to be climate controlled but didn’t always work. My indoor unit had snakes. Anytime I had a concern there was never a reasonable solution. Could never get a call back to important issues. The rent when we moved in was reasonable but became outrageous. I reached multiple times to the property manager asking asking for some sort of solution every time it went up with no true resolution to the. The rent got so high at one point I almost considered getting a legal team involved. I will never rent from a CubeSmart again nor will I ever refer anybody to CubeSmart.

The staff members, Marissa and Shelly, were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. They made one feel valued. Took the time to explain everything as well.

Convenient location for me although thought complex and bathrooms could be better maintained. A dead lizard layer by the door in bldg 17 for 7 mos

Clean units and great local manager.

Clean Safe Facility - Easy sign up and easy move out. Very convenient for short or long term storage needs.

The two ladies at the front office were absolutely so kind amidst the chaotic week I have been having. So pleasant!! Their customer service skills exceeded and did not go unnoticed. Love the customer service but prices increasing dramatically, so discontinued services. I know all places do this but you asked.
