Only reason I gave a 9 was because I thought the price was on the high side. Other than that I didn't have any problems getting in or out of the premises, the property was clean, the app was easy to use and made making the payments manually or automatically quick and easy. Also would have been nice if there was an access gate in the back off N Old County RD.

Very friendly and helpful people that assisted me . The storage unit is clean as is the entire complex.

Good service

Shelley the manager was very nice to deal with. The location was convenient. We were able to get the terms we wanted. The facility seemed to be safe and well kept up. The only suggestion I would have would be to have more carts available. We ended up not using them because they were never around and after hunting around once, we didn't want to waste time looking for them when we could have moved our stuff in or out in that amount of time.

Because your employees don't communicate, you raise prices with out notifications add outrageous fees and the units are filled with bugs.

Climate controlled, easy access, feel safe when I go there

Staff was terrible… units were supposed to be climate controlled but didn’t always work. My indoor unit had snakes. Anytime I had a concern there was never a reasonable solution. Could never get a call back to important issues. The rent when we moved in was reasonable but became outrageous. I reached multiple times to the property manager asking asking for some sort of solution every time it went up with no true resolution to the. The rent got so high at one point I almost considered getting a legal team involved. I will never rent from a CubeSmart again nor will I ever refer anybody to CubeSmart.
