Non enforcement of your rules cost me $30K. I had to buy a new car because the person in unit 220 in December of 2024 put over 100 mothballs in his unit and the smell permeated my 2022 GV70 in unit 218. Profession cleaning, odor removers and airing out did not mitigate the eye and sinus irritation. As a result, I had to get an identical replacement car losing $30K in the process. Cube smart Corporate was useless in helping me identifying the individual. Evaluating legal recourse for negligence.

Only reason I gave a 9 was because I thought the price was on the high side. Other than that I didn't have any problems getting in or out of the premises, the property was clean, the app was easy to use and made making the payments manually or automatically quick and easy. Also would have been nice if there was an access gate in the back off N Old County RD.
