The service has always been good. I’m feeling a bit dissatisfied that I’ve held two storage units for approximately a year and when I moved out of one of the units it was a little more than a week away from my payment date. Because I moved out I feel that the balance of the month should be credited towards my second storage unit. Cube smart immediately rents the cleaned out units once empty.. how is it fair that you keep the remaining g money I spent for rent which is I slushed now.

They raised the rent so much so fast. It was about $50 a month till we couldn’t take it anymore and moved out into another storage place that was 200 cheaper 🫨

Clean facility, location, price, ease of application process

Great staff , clean units , great deals.

The property is clean and very secure. The staff is always available to answer any questions. Moving in and out is very easy.

I’m moving out because of the manager’s attitude at this location. She’s quite rude.

It was my first time renting a storage unit. Representative Steven walked Mr through the process and made it easy. He provided excellent customer service.

Had some initial problems that were not handled great, but the rental did get better.
