I had a great experience with this storage facility. The app made it incredibly easy to access my unit, and the facility was clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the climate-controlled storage options, which gave me peace of mind for my belongings. The customer service team was friendly, professional, and very helpful whenever I had questions. Highly recommend!

Kept raising my price. Had a health problem. I called. They wouldn't give me a grace period. Cost me close to $500. You guys are terrible

I moved out of a larger unit to a smaller one working with your very professional staff - Amanda was her name. However I saw online that I could have saved a good amount of money by signing up for the new unit online. I would have like to been offered that option.

The CSR at the office was very attentive, commutative and responsive. He got me through the process of renting a storage unit quickly and explained everything to me in a way I could understand, as I am disabled. The extra fees were explained to me when I reserved the unit a few days before I came in The only reason I gave a seven was because I was given the address of the annex site for CubeSmart. My storage unit is located on the annex and not for the office is. I did not know this nor was I told. I could not reach anyone on the property. I had to call an 800 number and talk to AI who after sometime eventually connected me to an agent. There was no local number for CubeSmart. Apparently you had to create an account before coming, I was not told that. You could scan a QR code to create an account but I had difficulty. It was not that easy and I'm not bad with tech. I spoke to the agent for quite a while and the whole process took an hour from when I got on the property. It was hot out, the sun was on me and there was no shade. I just wanted to get my things in my storage unit and go to my new property. I asked the agent on the phone several times if I could be connected to the manager. Finally towards the end she asked me do you want me to have the manager call you? It was very frustrating. But in the end it all worked out.

Locking the unit was very hard , the second time I cut my hand and had to call the manager on duty.They responded that they would replace the locking unit with a new unit this week.
