Clean and secure buildings, friendly staff.

Technology/payment issues on the company’s end that I had to fight to prove for over a month. I do not trust my belongings here. Also; there was a clear rubber hose hanging down into our unit coming from some sort of ventilation or other system - i worry it was only a matter of time until the tube started spitting out liquids onto our belongings. Also, store manager (NOT Mothy - he was great), was incredibly demeaning and disrespectful during the issue - treated me as if I were stupid and uneducated.

Staff was helpful, and it was clean and easy to get in and out
