The service person was rude and not very professional. Also, was charged $16 for insurance when the insurance company provided our personal coverage. Was told they will not issue a refund. Was told you will just have extra coverage. Tried to call corporate office and left a message in hopes to speak to someone about my overall experience.

Clean, secure facility with excellent service personnel who assisted me with my reservation and move in process.

I would give a 10 however they are 'climate controlled' and still above 80 degrees inside when I dropped off my stuff. This makes me worry about the safety of my belongings.
