The facility is nice and so were the employees, but the price went up by 30% abruptly, which made it unaffordable for me. Also, I didn't like the limited access hours.

Everything was so easy and everyone i have talked to so far have been very friendly and helpful.

The staff are very kind, and answers all my questions, very knowledgeable about the business. They go out of their way to make your experience easy and straight forward. Very helpful with everything.

The facility is nice and I like the staff. The reason for the score is your pricing strategy. When I started with CubeSmart over a year ago prices were very competitive and beat most other storage facilities. Over that time the price of a unit has more than doubled. You are no longer competitive. I feel like your strategy is to hope that once my stuff is in there, I will continue to pay rather than move it. Not me. I wish you could have stayed with the reasonable rates that I am sure were profitable as they were.

Convenient location, clean facility, good access hours, reasonable pricing and.....extremely good service from Michelle at the Tunnel Hill location in Elizabethtown KY She really made the difference for me to get through a pretty challenging event..CubeSmart is lucky to have her.....................

The unit/building has a strong odor. First time I have gotten a unit that wasn't climate controlled. Sort of smells like strong urine.

Great customer service, wonderful clean units, fairly priced.

Fees kept going up while new renter got good low rates

The team members there showed that they care a lot about their customers, one day I left my unit open and the lady there called me to inform me and she was so kindly to close it for me
