The cost to rent was reasonable and staff was knowledgeable and polite. The security was great and no trouble with access to storage.

The online leasing was seamless and easy! I didn't even have to speak to anyone, which wasn't a problem either way!!

The lien fee was outrageous and they start sending threats for being a week past due. That’s a bit ridiculous if you ask me. I would understand if someone’s a month past due but cmon, really? Also, as soon as I mention cancelling, they sent me a rent increase notice for the day before my last move out date. Seemed shady. Just didn’t feel like good business so I moved my stuff out.

The staff and the Manger were so helpful and had no problem working with me in my situation. I will be using CubeSmart in the future.
