Although I declined, I was given option to switch to a different unit when moving my things in yesterday. Michelle was very helpful in making a cart available for to use as my unit was an inside one which required several trips down a hallway. Really saved us!

I started with a $80 unit and it went to $169. The communication was never correct. I still had half off for the life of my plan, but 3 price increases say different. Also only 1 price increase per year. I had 3.

I like the people who are working there, very helpful and accommodating. The price increases throughout the year is crazy. The other storage facilities around the Elizabethtown area don't raise their rates quite as often.
