Michelle was great at the front office from the moment of inquiry, signing up, and departure. Very clean facility, storage options, safe and price!

I would have given a score of 10, but the constant rent cost increases are a bit much. Most other storage facilities in the area haven't had a rent increase in years.

the staff was excellence. the only issue was I had auto pay and they said my card had change due to update onone date and was charged for a phone call and then found out from the bank they had already taken the money out of account.would like my phone money backl please. other than that, everyone were great.
