Customer service was polite, helpful, and caring.

CubeSmart was very poor in communication. When CubeSmart first took over my unit, no notification was given, no information CubeSmart had purchased the storage unit from the previous owner, or willing to provide any information on why I was being charged by CubeSmart and not the previous owner.My finally month I was over charged $40. No 30-day notice was given as required under KY law of any rent increase. After multiple unanswered calls, a week later I was contacted by Mr. David Boyer. When asked Mr. Boyer could not provide any proof notice was given, only what was in their database. As a service, the United States Postal Service provides myself notification of mail sent to my address on file. No notification was given.
