Facility was clean, convenient, and Tammy was a great help.

Price went up when CubeSmart took , did not notify me, just screwed me over.

Rented from E-town Storage in April. Received a bill on August 1st from CubeSmart that was $130 more for my 6 units. Zero notification that anything was changing. Was able to negotiate a reduction that was still more than what I had been paying but better. Received notices last week that my rate is going up $169 from my April price. I've emptied 2 units and hope to get most of my stuff out soon. Really sad that existing customers are charged way more than what isadvertised for new customers. I'd definitely find another storage space. The only reason I'm giving a 1 rating is because Tammy, the manager, is amazing!

Nice facility, employees, and great pricing

The short-notice (less than 45 days) given for the 33% ($60) per month increase in my storage unit, and the business model of 'month to month' vice six-month or annual rates. Felt like "bait and switch."

We rented 6 10 x 15 units in April 2025 for a negotiated price of $85 from E-town Storage for a total of $509. On August 1st I received an email that my bill due was $639. An increase of $130 without any notice that ownership had changed or that the prices were going up. I was able to speak with Tammy, the new manager of the storage units and she was able to get my cost down to $570 ($95 per unit). This price was held for September and October and now I have received a price increase to $678 per month. This is totally ridiculous to treat existing customers this way especially when you are advertising a $79 rate for new customers. I will be moving my furniture out as soon as possible. I only gave you 1 star because Tammy is doing her best to run the storage facility and deal with customers that you have taken advantage of with this buyout.
