First - Super easy to sign up and rent a unit, total time was about 10 minutes. Second - the location that I rent in E- Town KY is really clean, well lit and well managed. Third - I had gone to my unit at night, I recently moved to the area and have been retrieving loads several times a week; this particular time when I closed up I had forgotten to lock my unit. The next day, the attendant called me to ask if I had left the unit unlocked, I appreciate that they are checking.
