It was mostly good besides that they raised my storage rent after a few months, and double charged me a late fee when I had an issue with my payment. But they might refund me so yeah

Clean unit, good location, but limited on climate control units and availability

Prices raised too frequently. We started with a promotion of $75, increased to $82 after the promotion. After just 3 years, if we would not have exited, our next month’s rent would have been $194! While promotion of 1st month free to new occupants.

For the most part our experience was wonderful. We could access the unit as needed and the office staff were very helpful. We always paid for one year at a time and would have stayed another year, but unfortunately your company doesn’t empower the office staff to adjust prices or give a discount for guaranteed rental. So we moved and also added a second identical unit with the new company.
