For the most part our experience was wonderful. We could access the unit as needed and the office staff were very helpful. We always paid for one year at a time and would have stayed another year, but unfortunately your company doesn’t empower the office staff to adjust prices or give a discount for guaranteed rental. So we moved and also added a second identical unit with the new company.

I'd supply a 10, but price increased substantially over time!

Price close to tripled during the time I had a unit. I called to see if they would give a long time customer an incentive to stay. They said rent a new unit, get the introductory price on the new unit. Close the old unit. I said screw that.If they had even offered a $20 discount it might have been a nice gesture that got me to stay longer. And by longer I mean maybe even more years. Because it's easy to stay. It's harder to pack up all that shit. Just a simple gesture to tell me, "We're happy you're here and value your business." Instead they said, "We don't care. Do whatever you want. Jump through these hoops. So it was better for me to leave.

When I booked online, I was given one price, but when I arrived, they gave me a different price. I was promised the first month free, but they actually gave me a 50% discount, followed by a 25% discount on subsequent months, even though they were supposed to give me 40%. Also, when I paid, they charged me three times. When I asked the clerk why they charged me three times, they said they'd refund two of the amounts, but they still charged all three.

Two or three price increases a year are a bit much, you are more than covering for "cost of living" increases...
