Going back to when I first came to C.S. there was a problem with ants in the office and some of the surrounding areas.I was comfortable with the rate until every 6 months it went up and for a small 5x5 unit with very little in it, $130.00 a month was not a good number for me. Upon moving out some of my boxes were dampfrom a wet floor . Luckily nothing was damaged but a couple of towels were very wet. I dealt with Darren and recently learned that he passed away . I am sad to hear that but he was a good guy dedicated regardless of the ant problem. The late Darren walked me to the front of the building to show me why the ants were such a problem. A dead willow tree root growing under the building is supposed to me the reason according to Darren may he R.I.P.

Because you have the right employee working there. The manager Pascale is excellent. I was impressed by the level of knowledge and professionalism. I had never ever rented a storage locker before. I had visited other facilities before going there. I like Pascale because she has a positive attitude and she listened.
