Office manager, Dre M, was excellent. He made process easy. He also helped me remove snow and ice from the entrance to my unit that the snow plow missed. Promotion amount charged made rental very attractive.

I thought there was going to be another follow up question… but there was not… to highlight an employee.In my lengthy stay with CubeSmart on KitKat Road in Elkridge, MD. I have consistently got excellent customer survice from Dre, the manager. He is very kind, professional and upbeat. He always made me feel “seen” and appreciated as a customer. CubeSmart should consider him for a District Manager before some other company snatches him up.Dre is very intelligent and relatable. He is a good listener and tries to genuinely help a customer out.I sent another customer review talking about the facility itself.

I’ve been with CubeSmart for between 10-15 years. I’ve found over the years that it offers good value for the money. I’m giving you guys a 10 because I’ve found that consistently customer service was really good and it was budget friendly and a good size easily accessible storage unit.
