Customer Service is great

Facility was clean, well-lit, and secure. Always able to get in and out within 30-60mins. Plenty of carts available to move things around, as well as elevators. Inside and outside bays for all weather made it easier for me to move. Even the manager and the employees were amazing. They were so friendly and helpful no matter what I needed. Will definitely use CubeSmart if I move in the future!

I gave the score above because of the person at the desk, Dre. Thanks to his professionalism, commitment, and stunning personality, he made the experience of storing goods not a chore but a relaxing experience. He was so helpful with every worry I had. I could count on him. He went out of his way to assist when there was snow and no salt had been put down yet. Give this man a raise for sure!
