Everything was great. The people who worked there are really good with people and I love the place but I found a house so I had to move out but everything was wonderful. Thank you for your service.

I was made to pay Dec bill twice, making it seem as if I was behind, therefore charged an additional 110 administrative fee. I wAs also forced to pay a full month in person on feb 25th, because I was denied paying on line the day before. My storage unit was cleared out on Feb 25th and I still was forced to pay the full month in order to remove my belongings.

Manager was never really present when needed. Never returned my phone calls.

The price goes up too often within a year the facility floors were not cleaned the bathrooms were hardly ever cleaned with no toilet paper or paper towels

Everything is inside and temp controlled. Security is great, and easy using the phone app to enter and exit the facility. I never saw any trash on the floor or in the drive-thru. Maybe having a cart at each doorway would have been nice, but I always had access to one whenever I needed to move something.
