Awesome customer service and worked for exaclty what was needed

Nice units and very good on space, The price isnt bad but should be a little cheaper conidering theres no soda machines or vending machines oh and it would be so awesome if they one day had a quarter machine available to play in I'm telling you I'll be your biggest money supply cuz that game is so consuming just saying but overall very good unit CubeSmart is definitely highly recommend it by me

When I reserved unit it was to have been inspected and a welcome kit, including a lock I paid for from the company was to be inside. Nothing was done! I had to clean out, I had to go buy a lock myself when I should have been moving in. On another event the door broke and would not close.( door lock bolts fell out) had to wait hours for a repairman to fix!Main gate broke another time and would not let me in. They opened it and it is still left open all the time with NO staff on the grounds ever. (Been a week)Staff once you find them are nice! You must get in your car and go to the next town where there is someone in the office.

Unit was broken into with about $2,500 in tools stolen, nothing was done. Half of my belongings were destroyed by mice where a majority of the bin had to be taken to the dump due to Thousands of dollars of mice damage.

The process to move in was very easy and convenient

CubeSmart was very responsive when I needed a storage unit and also when I needed to downsize to a smaller unit. Whenever I called, they answered quickly and took care of whatever I needed right away. The unit was easily accessible, and the online payment feature was convenient. Most recently when I needed assistance, I called and no answer, just a voice recording saying leave a message and we will return you call. They never got back to me. When I called to say the unit was now empty, same message. I did see the email option, so I did utilize that and received my cancellation notice quickly. I miss the quickly answered, helpful voice that I experienced when I first began using CubeSmart
