I reserved a spot to park my rv but it was in a low area and the area would flood because the drain wasn't cleaned. I would have to clean it out and drain it to get to my camper. The camper and my truck would be muddy getting it out. I said something but was never fixed. Also my rate went up and wasn't worth the money.

Price hikes all the time. Noise droppings everywhere in my storage ubut

we were unable to access the gate when we arrived for the first time. It was a sunday so no one was in the office. we never got a call it was fixed but did drive back again later. this is 50 minutes from our house

Price hike over the few years was fast ! And the mice droppings in the unit were far too many as well

Nice place,well maintained.

No one was ever available to take a phone call. No one was ever in the main office. All my furniture was ruined by rodent droppings. The insulation overhead dry rotted and fell all over my belongings. The gate at one point was broken and left open for weeks. The keypad broke frequently leaning people unable to access their belongings. Cubesmart increased my bill by 50% on two years.

The unit is clean and easily accessible. The customer service is always great. I have used the same unit twice to store something important to me and have always been highly satisfied.
