I definitely ended up needing a temp controlled space. But...this would have been better if the ceiling insulation or whatever it is wasn't falling down and flaking everywhere

Ease of arrangement (arranged it online), friendliness (callback introduction) and understanding of staff. When I left messages, they were dealt with efficiently (sending the invoice, confirming the payment date, canceling the unit).
