I definitely ended up needing a temp controlled space. But...this would have been better if the ceiling insulation or whatever it is wasn't falling down and flaking everywhere

Ease of arrangement (arranged it online), friendliness (callback introduction) and understanding of staff. When I left messages, they were dealt with efficiently (sending the invoice, confirming the payment date, canceling the unit).

My windshield was damaged and your representatives were less than helpful finding out what happened

Place needs an face-lift, looks old and run down. Drive ways between the units are always wet and full of pot holes.Take some of that crazy high rent money and fix it up.

You take over other storage facility’s automatically raise the rates over 25%.then after wards you raise your rates up way to much in less then 5 years my rate doubled from previous owner of storage unit. On top of that the remote access at gate didn’t work half the time had to use mangers access code because they couldn’t figure. Out why my code wouldn’t work. Plus the roadways side my unit weee filled with huge potholes that never got filled.
