Place needs an face-lift, looks old and run down. Drive ways between the units are always wet and full of pot holes.Take some of that crazy high rent money and fix it up.

You take over other storage facility’s automatically raise the rates over 25%.then after wards you raise your rates up way to much in less then 5 years my rate doubled from previous owner of storage unit. On top of that the remote access at gate didn’t work half the time had to use mangers access code because they couldn’t figure. Out why my code wouldn’t work. Plus the roadways side my unit weee filled with huge potholes that never got filled.

The service and unit were fine. I did occasionally have trouble finding staff at the office during normal hours.

Poor communication. I rented a space that I could not complete online so went to location and there was no office at the location. I had spoken with 2 live people before that and neither indicated the location was an annex location and no office was there. This caused me to lose time as I had to drive additional 20 minutes back in the wrong direction to the office and was not able to see the parking spot tha day as o intended. When I did get to the space I rented someone else was parked there. No communication that my spot was filled and they were working to get the person out of it. So another hassle ensued. I would not recommend to others due to zero positive experience so far. I asked the office manager to wave the application fee to compensate me for my time and he said he could not. So the customer bears the brunt of aeverything that has gone wrong.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
