The service and unit were fine. I did occasionally have trouble finding staff at the office during normal hours.

There's nothing not to recommend them.

Poor communication. I rented a space that I could not complete online so went to location and there was no office at the location. I had spoken with 2 live people before that and neither indicated the location was an annex location and no office was there. This caused me to lose time as I had to drive additional 20 minutes back in the wrong direction to the office and was not able to see the parking spot tha day as o intended. When I did get to the space I rented someone else was parked there. No communication that my spot was filled and they were working to get the person out of it. So another hassle ensued. I would not recommend to others due to zero positive experience so far. I asked the office manager to wave the application fee to compensate me for my time and he said he could not. So the customer bears the brunt of aeverything that has gone wrong.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

The slide lock on the unit never worked well. I had to use a large screwdriver and hammer to move it to both locked and unlocked positions. As well, the ceiling material fell off and made quite a mess. For the size of the unit, and its condition, $120 a month was way too much!
