Great, clean facility, just moved and didn’t need anymore. Manager was very helpful in moving in/ moving out procedures.

Given it was one of the only climate controlled facilities, we didn’t have a choice. Monthly fees went up $100 in less than 2 years.

Corporate is too greedy and does not care about their employees

Not very warm for it to be climate controlled. Parking lot was never properly cleared of snow for customers to safely access entry to building. Lighting was terrible. Door on my unit didn't stay up when rolled up. Overall needs some attention

I know it is not our specific store but corporate. Corporate is terrible. They shoot prices up so much it is hard to even afford a unit there. I think it’s absolutely ridiculous to not just keep the price the same. Maybe raise it after a couple years not a couple months. I don’t understand how this is a great business. I will not recommend them to anyone because I don’t want my friends and family wasting their money.
