Never had any issue with storing my items here. I’ve had a unit multiple times. The price is great, the amount of space is plenty, and it’s temperature controlled.

I had no issues at the storage. Clean and I’ve always had polite and professional staff interactions.

It's only been two days.

The women who took care of me on the day I rented was amazing patient knowledgable etc

The price went too high and no one would work with me,

I arrive to claim our rented unit and told the person working there that we already had a lock, having rented there previously. She told us to get the one left for us and then bring it back to her and she would refund us the cost. We went to the front office 5 minutes later and she had left, with a note saying she would be back in 45-minutes. This was incredibly inconvenient and we were unable to wait. It is unclear why she would do this, knowing we were going to return momentarily.

So far so good! Facility appears to be very well-maintained including clean restrooms!

It was clean, easily accessible, felt secure, never too busy, having carts available was extremely helpful! Knowing I could come and go at my convenience was also helpful.

It was clean and good Customer Service

Great, clean facility, just moved and didn’t need anymore. Manager was very helpful in moving in/ moving out procedures.
