Reasonably priced clean convenient location

I was with your storage company for 9 years without a late payment made the whole time. All you ever did was raise the price over and over. You even charged me an extra $11 after I told you I was canceling my storage unit. For what reason?

The people that work there are friendly and helpful which goes a long way toward canceling out the shitty facility score. The doors being broken open and left that way, along with no security for everyone’s stuff is disheartening. The numbering system sucks and the lights need to be fixed. Not only are our things in danger but so are individuals going into the dark miles of hallways.

You just had a huge rent increase in my rent. Plus, the cleanliness of the Elyria facility has gone downhill quite a bit. No tissue in the ladies room, trash outside, trash in the hallway.
