The place was awful. Dirty and unkepted. No one ever in the office. The peice as unacceptable. Absolutely no value.

1). Poor maintenance of the facility (e.g., dirty floors, poor lighting, which was recently improved and occasionally malfunctioning entry doors)2). High rent compared to other facilities, with large annual increases

clean building, helpful staff, enjoyed flexible access hours

The storage was easy to get to and the dollys helped alot

Never had any issue with storing my items here. I’ve had a unit multiple times. The price is great, the amount of space is plenty, and it’s temperature controlled.

I had no issues at the storage. Clean and I’ve always had polite and professional staff interactions.

It's only been two days.

The women who took care of me on the day I rented was amazing patient knowledgable etc

The price went too high and no one would work with me,

I arrive to claim our rented unit and told the person working there that we already had a lock, having rented there previously. She told us to get the one left for us and then bring it back to her and she would refund us the cost. We went to the front office 5 minutes later and she had left, with a note saying she would be back in 45-minutes. This was incredibly inconvenient and we were unable to wait. It is unclear why she would do this, knowing we were going to return momentarily.
