Easy access to get in and out. I just wish you had a better way of paying the bill though. I dropped it off numerous times in the box and would have to call and ask them to get it out and post it because every time we would stop by nobody was there to take it. But now that Alex is in charge, we've had no problems at all.

I gave a 10 score because my things were always safe at cubesmart. I never had my unit broken into like I have at other storage facilities. When my mom passed away and I needed a larger unit, Alexis who was at the Elyria Ohio location helped me. She also helped me feel better during a difficult time in my life.

You don't prorate, so I lost money. Who cares about getting a lock that had to pay for, at least if they don't want the lock give them the money for the lock.

All in all a good experience, but i felt the periodic rate increases were exorbitant. Can’t imagine the cost of running the unit increases that much.

Generally good but facility needs improvement. Lighting is truly a problem in some areas and the flooring is uneven in places. The front two entry/exit doors are very difficult to use if you are working alone. The cost of the rental has increased substantially during our rental period and seems unjustified.
