CubeSmart is pretty good. I just couldn't afford the increasing monthly rate any further. $568 for a 10x10 was out of my budget range. I wish I'd been given an option, right at the start, to pre-pay for a long duration. I now know that I should have asked. But I didn't know it was an option. I should get better at asking people for options, I guess.

A 10 for ease of signing up, clean facilities, ease of checkout, secure facility, location, etc.A 2 because the rate went up significantly on the 90 day mark. To an unreasonable amount for that small size storage unit.

My experience with Cube Start, has been wonderful! More than 10 years ago, when moving back to California from France, my first experience was great! And now today, needing storage for my downsizing, 96 year old dad has again been very good! Christine, CubeSmarts manager and her partner are very professional! They are very understanding, accomodating, and kind ! And .... so happy with everything, I have a good friends son also a customer !

I loved the staff at CubeSmart Cardiff, they were always there for me. I could not keep up with the constant price hikes.I had to move my 2 units to a place that is offering the same size units but for less that half the price I was paying.Staff

Christine is always very cheerful and accommodating. She makes my storage experience light and very pleasant! She always goes the extra mile! Very satisfied with my storage location!
