The woman who helped us when we visited got us a unit quickly and was very helpful explaining everything - we never had rented unit before. She assisted in downloading app and using. In our 70’s, we appreciated.

Simple online registration process. Also, Christine and Lonny were super helpful. I had previously rented a space at another storage place in town and their customer service was nowhere near what I experienced at CubeSmart..
