I signed up for a 5x10 unit at 38.00 (first month half 19.00). By the second month it went from 38 to 63.00 without any notice (I called many times), it then stayed at 63.00 for one month before once again without any notice 38.00 went to 63.00 to 73.18 a month- stayed at 73.18 for about 10 months before I received a notice (first notice I ever received) stating the now 5x10 tiny unit was increasing to 88.18 a month. All while seeing the 5x10 unit still listed at 48.00 a month for new customers. Cubesmart is not only a rip off, your representative’s are rude, I’ve made a few appts to speak about these increases without any notice to only be blown off all 3 times. I wouldn’t recommend Cubesmart to my worst enemy let alone people I care about. I will be leaving a negative Google review unless someone reaches out to me and explains why I shouldn’t do that!!

The on site Manager was very friendly, helpful and professional. The grounds are clean, easy to navigate with a truck and trailer. Storage units are clean and well maintained. I envision one more move in the future and would return to this CubeSmart location without hesitation.
