You deserve less than a 0. I signed a rental agreement that said it was rate locked for one year. 6 months in, the rent started increasing, and it kept doing so every few months for 5 years. My last monthly rental bill was 451$, and the same size units were starting at 110$. The equipment in my storage unit was from my store that I lost during covid. It was large and difficult to move. I was trapped, and you took advantage of me. Fuck y'all.

My rent was raised 3 times

Facility is clean and well maintained. No missed payment notice until the late fee has been applied, and the price increases are scammy.
