The facility is good but they kept raising the rates

I've had the store for 3yrs and I decided to move my things out because of prices kept getting hirlgher but it serves my purpose.

Friendly staff clean facility easy access with app

Overall really good and clean storage unit, with an easy location to back into near the elevators. I also like these are actual elevators, rather than the “freight elevators”, which a person can’t ride up in. Also love they had multiple carts available!!Only downside, unless this is just user error on my part, is there isn’t an automatic gate opening when you are LEAVING and you need to reenter your code to get out (which isn’t the end of the world)

The manager at our location has been great to work with and is always willing to help us. I like that there is a manager on site and always pleasant when we come into the office.

Convenient location, but too expensive
