I still need my refund for billing me for two units instead of only one and you did not apply the first month free. I'll change my score once resolved.

My time at cube smart was a nice experience. Staff is warm and friendly! My decision to move to another storage unit it the fluctuation in cost every few months and when I downsized my rate was increased in 3 months to what I was paying initially.

Excellent facility, helpful staff, reasonable pricing

Price steadily increased without notice, except for the first increase. Rented a 5 x10 unit, not worth the price. The lack of transparency in price increases was the biggest reason for cancelling the storage unit.
