Excellent facility, helpful staff, reasonable pricing

Price steadily increased without notice, except for the first increase. Rented a 5 x10 unit, not worth the price. The lack of transparency in price increases was the biggest reason for cancelling the storage unit.

Constant raising of prices, staff are never there, forced to pay online so you can redeem " convenience fee" , tried to pay in cash in person, told I have to pay online.

Very rude and not cooperative staff

As I pay to have a storage unit in this place, with codes on every door, it seems like all carts are locked up. I use the storage unit off of Hampden in Colorado. Doug is great and everything seems to be unlocked when he is there. There is a female who comes in to work and that's when everything gets locked up. Very disappointed. I now need to walk to the front to get a key, walk back to the carts, unlock them, then walk back to front to drop the key off.

This was a convenient way to store my belongings while I had no place for them.

I really appreciate storing my belongings at Cube Smart in Englewood. Both Doug and Katie were very professional, courteous and went beyond and be above customer service to accommodate me. I felt that this was a safe environment to temporary store in my personal belongings. Thank you so much.!

The only issues I had with them was not their fault.
