This location I was at in particular. The GM is very helpful

The facility is always well-lit and clean. Katie has an excellent rappoire with customers and essentially runs the place; without her this location would likely be soon overrun with rabid monkeys. The code by the southernmost door on the east side of the building is always problematic; this seems like an inexpensive fix but nonetheless frustrated me several times throughout my two years of patronizing this location. Also, there was a big headache last year when CubeSmart lost a payment I had made via autopay, though the problem was corrected promptly by CubeSmart and an apology issued, so no points taken off there.

Convenient payments, good customer service and great prices. Also the property is well maintained and properly managed. Also it is vary secure and conveniently located. Thank you.
