The staff on site are amazing and made it enjoyable to be there.

It was so easy to get a unit, and the facility manager was efficient and really helped out when my moving company lost the key to my unit. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

The facility is always well-lit and clean. Katie has an excellent rappoire with customers and essentially runs the place; without her this location would likely be soon overrun with rabid monkeys. The code by the southernmost door on the east side of the building is always problematic; this seems like an inexpensive fix but nonetheless frustrated me several times throughout my two years of patronizing this location. Also, there was a big headache last year when CubeSmart lost a payment I had made via autopay, though the problem was corrected promptly by CubeSmart and an apology issued, so no points taken off there.
