Everyone was pleasant from the phone help to the property mgrs at the Englewood facility. We only terminated this one unit as we did not need it.

The staff you have there are exceptional, especially the lady. She was so incredibly helpful every time I was in there. It was always clean and well lit. Despite being in a little bit of a questionable area, I never felt unsafe there.
