My unit was broken into sometime since I last was there in June. They took about 20,000 to 30,000 worth of stuff from some of my watches to a jewelry box to 10 cases of wine or so. I was in the process of moving and I had a unit there for a decade. then I get a smaller unit by the office knowing it would be a six month max rental and it gets robbed. I'm so pissed off that I was so stupid to trust a storage company to look out for my interest. It's literally your only job there is to make sure people can feel secure storing things off site. I have a police report being filed and I am hoping your security system didn't conveniently go out. A little too convenient to me.... we will see. I will be seeking advice from my

Cori, the site manager, answered my many questions on many occasions, which helped a great deal with the stress I was feeling with my move from another state. And not only was she a huge help at the on-set, but she also went out of her way to help my daughter when visiting and claiming the key to the storage unit for me. My daughter and two little grandsons arrived late one afternoon, but were unable to open the door. By that time the office was closed so they were headed out to leave, but Cori saw them and instead of leaving for the day she stopped to ask if they needed anything ... and saved the day for us as my daughter would not have been able to visit again to claim the unit before flying out to help me with the drive back to Denver. I so appreciate that Cori went above and beyond, and helped us during a very stressful time : ). Many thanks!!
