Raised rent four times in a year to double what other places are charging for a bigger unit that has climate control and indoor storage, and also double what I originally rented for. Y’all took four days to close out my unit and I’m getting blasted with calls.

We loved your facility and selected it for its cleanliness and location. However, since our monthly payment was increased by 50% for no apparent reason, I would not recommend your self storage to friends.
