The rate increase is ridiculous. 2 times already and intentionally done right before Christmas. Last rate increase was January 2025 and then again December 2025. Couldn’t even wait to 12 months, done right at Christmas time. Greed! Greed!

Prices are too high. I had a 5x5 started with a promo of I think $98 or something like that and when I left I was paying $145.
