The keypad at the entrance is too far behind the poles and you should take back the keys and lock and refund the money.

I had three storage units. On the day I canceled, December 16, I was asked to remove my locks from all units. I removed two and asked about the third, since that lock had already been removed. I was told that the unit was already closed and that everything was fine. I also received an email confirming this.I attempted to return the two locks I removed, and staff told me to keep them since I had paid for them. Because I closed all of my units, my autopay was automatically cancelled.About a week ago, I was informed that a lien was going to be placed on one of my units. I was confused because I had cancelled all units before this. When I went to the storage facility, the manager and I noticed that someone had put a lock on my unit even though I had already removed my locks and cancelled on December 16.As a result, I was charged an additional month, a late fee, and insurance.

Love the facilities but the prices are a bit high which is why I had to go elsewhere.

The storage unit is actually a disappointment. Reason being: For one, they are not climate-controlled; There are no lights inside. No shelves to store the more fragile items that you don't want to put on the floor, nor stacked on top of other items. And lastly, you have to actually worry that rats could get in, a thought which did not give us peace of mind, really.These improvements would greatly benefit those renting these units from you!Thank you

The staff were superb friendly especially Kim, she made the move in process really easy. The facility is clean and I loved that the lock was inside and they had semi cut the package to make everything so easy, they seemed very organized
