The keypad at the entrance is too far behind the poles and you should take back the keys and lock and refund the money.

I had three storage units. On the day I canceled, December 16, I was asked to remove my locks from all units. I removed two and asked about the third, since that lock had already been removed. I was told that the unit was already closed and that everything was fine. I also received an email confirming this.I attempted to return the two locks I removed, and staff told me to keep them since I had paid for them. Because I closed all of my units, my autopay was automatically cancelled.About a week ago, I was informed that a lien was going to be placed on one of my units. I was confused because I had cancelled all units before this. When I went to the storage facility, the manager and I noticed that someone had put a lock on my unit even though I had already removed my locks and cancelled on December 16.As a result, I was charged an additional month, a late fee, and insurance.
